Our Hybrid GCC includes 6 distinctive steps as below:

Step 1

Account Manager: We started with setting up an account manager for the client who will be responsible for below work responsibilities:

  • Will serve as the lead point of contact for all the account management matters of the client
  • Defining scope and setting-up deliverables
  • Negotiate contracts and work with the client to close agreements
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of deliverables according to the client's needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the client's stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., Month vs Quarter deliverables)
  • Prepare reports on deliverables
  • Collaborate with the teams of client to identify and grow opportunities in India
  • Assist with challenging client requests and or issue escalations as needed

Step 2

Entry Registration: In this step, we represented our client as a wholly owned subsidiary company in India executing below activities with prior approval of the client.

  • We set up a Real estate
  • Did a legal entity registration
  • Enabled core operations: Management, Recruitment, HR, Finance/Accounting, IT Support, and operations to expedite staff their building process.

Step 3

Planning and execution: Techouts allocates dedicated recruiters for the client until on-boarding of core teams like Senior Management Executives, Staff Aug (Recruiting), Core HR, Finance, IT help desk, Infrastructure, Learning and Development and operations. These teams will dedicatedly work for the client’s GCC development and improvisation.

  • Senior Management – Senior Leader, Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Core HR – Director, Managers and Executives
  • Finance – Director, Manager and Executives
  • IT Help Desk – Director, IT Manager, Network Engineers, Help desk and Executives

  • IT Infrastructure – Manager and Engineers
  • Learning and development (L&D) – Manager, Trainers and Executives
  • Legal Operations – Manager, legal operations and, Executives

Step 4

Recruitment: Depending upon the requirement of resources and the position of the opening, we then designed a strategic plan to meet our client’s demands. With the involvement of the account manager, and specified recruiters, we successfully recruit candidates within a specified hiring period meeting all the specifications given by the client.

Now this step has some levels as;

  • Recruiting: Here we incorporate that strategic plan of recruitment, like for a level one position, we set up some specified recruiters, (say 2) reporting to their leads (say 1), committing to close the position in a designated time slot (say 1 week). Similarly, the plan gets modified according to the level of position, every time. Techouts keep a constant track of all these changes.
  • Sourcing: Starting from skill mapping, then employee referral program, then job portals, through social media, and 3rd party vendor assistance, we look for the right sources. Here we sort the profiles suiting the client’s requirements, and submit them for further approval.
  • Interview: In this phase, we carefully scrutinize the sorted profiles, based on their skills, experiences, availability, and a score will be given by recruiters for taking them further. Then with initial screening, 101 video call interviews with the client, needed tests, background verification, the eligible profiles will be further sorted to next round.

Step 5

Learning and Development: In this step we train the onboarded profiles where they learn about the client business, their values, goals, mindsets. For this we focus on the aspect below

  1. Recognize an organization's strengths and weaknesses
  2. Ensure brand consistency throughout the organization
  3. Improve organization values and culture
  4. Boost employee performance and productivity
  5. Increase customer satisfaction

Step 6

Infrastructure: Here we coordinate the whole infrastructure with appropriate coordination between IT Server Management, Network Management, Virtualization Solutions, IT Security Management, Database Management. This final phase is important as we incorporate Infrastructure IT enablement valuing the following categories, ensuring the resource stays with the client for the longer run.
