Our client is one of the largest marketplaces with wide variety of product categories right from apparels to electronics, insurance to hospitality and online grocery to utility bill payment services.

Challenges:

  1. Updating content on the fly – and feasibility to upload images,videos and docs in no time
  2. Powering vendors to directly push offers and promotions to the marketplace App and PWA
  3. Personalized content and offers showcasing based on each user interests and demographics

Our client primary goal is to provide personalized digital experience to each user and automate promotions and offers based on past purchase history and interests. And also, to engage and communicate with timely offers with respect to user profile. A few of the CMS use case requirements are

Sanity.io Customization

Based on business scenarios, team at Techouts executed a POC specific to CMS use cases, and recommended Sanity.io to manage content. Following are highlights of powerful features implemented for the client:

  1. Sanity has a pre-configured Studio and a functional front-end which allow to get started immediately on templates configuration
  2. Sanity Editor or Studio has features such as defining content models with simple Javascript, and this functionality has been providing superior editing features for our client
  3. Reusability of content components and API call was built by leveraging react components
  4. Sanity supported with API first pattern, Un-cached REST API, CDN based Cache and GROQ and GraphQL which helped us to expose exceptional APIs to frontend
  5. We have enabled content authors, visual and interaction designers and technology professionals to collaborate on building the information architecture – more like a customization in the Sanity.io for collaboration that too with user-friendliness

  5. We have implemented web analytics to track entire journey of web visitors and integrated the analytics system with content triggering engines so as to show case based on users browsing history.
